My Crash Diet
So I’m on Day 7 of my Crash Diet. I already lost 10 pounds! I’m on a fruit, veggie, and water diet. I’ve found that strictly sticking to the script is a mortifying thought. So, I’ve mixed it up a little bit and found what I believe is to be a healthier more realistic way to do a Crash Diet. I wake up in the morning and I eat fruit. Usually an orange and half an apple. This includes a big glass of water for me as well. After this point I hit the gym for some cardio or just do some push up and sit ups. Now here comes the tricky part because you will probably still be hungry so you must snack. Snack really really small. I’ll have a couple potato chips, peanuts, popcorn and/or trail mix. Then I’ll have another big glass of water. Salad is my food of choice for lunch. Here’s where the real cheating comes in! Mix something like chicken or beef into your salad. That way you settle your craving but you’re still eating healthy! Just don’t go overboard with it! Keep snacking for the rest of the day on little stuff and fruit. Last but not least, stay away from alcohol! The biggest trick is to not let yourself get hungry. I also have one cookie a day! Water Water Water and sometimes Gatorade. There you go!
